Corona Restrictions & Regulations
—
Guests should be responsible and mindful about one another. We ask that you get tested before you visit us if you're not fully vaccinated.
Be aware that OUR CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES POLICIES ARE NOT WAIVED due to issues surrounding COVID-19 quarantine or exposure. Much like a theatre performance or concert, if due to COVID-19 you cannot join us, the show must still go on. If you are unsure about making a booking based on these terms, feel free to just come by as a walk-in and see what is available.
Cancellations or Changes Policy
—
All advance reservations require a valid credit card to secure the booking. Cancel your table free of charge online, by clicking on the link in the confirmation email 24 Hrs & more before. Same-day cancellations and changes in the number of guests are not allowed. Any cancellations or changes after 24 Hrs will be charged at the full menu price per person. Of course, we will try our very best to rebook your table. If we are able to do so, you will not be charged. Special booking conditions apply for groups of 6 and more.
Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
—
We accommodate most of these with advance notice. Please let us know in the “NOTES” section the final step of booking. Unfortunately we cannot currently accommodate vegans, and those who cannot consume kombu. We cannot guarantee a menu that would fit your specific dietary needs if it is not told to us with 24 hours notice. If you have any questions, you can always call us or drop us an email.
Walk-Ins
—
We do our best to accommodate walk-ins & last minute bookings, but it is best to give a quick call to the restaurant on +49 (0) 30 5462 2839 to check out what is free.
Seating Times
—
We work with 3 different seatings, and serve guests together. We believe this is the best way to experience our restaurant as this enables us to cook whole pieces of protein that ensures they are at the best flavours and right temperatures. As such, please be PUNCTUAL and not late for your booking. If you are later than 15 minutes, we reserve the right to delay your booking until the next round, if it is possible. If your preferred time is not showing as available, you can add yourself to our waiting list & we will be in touch on the day of your request to confirm if a time has come up.
Young & Canine Guests
—
Unfortunately the restaurant is a very confined space & as such we are unable to accommodate guests under 8 years of age. As much as we love our pets, we cannot welcome animals in the restaurant due to our open kitchen and the local health authority regulations. If you come with your pet, we retain the right to refuse entry and a cancellation penalty will be imposed.
