We experiment with traditional processes & give ancient techniques a fresh look, to create the bold flavours we love from unexpected ingredients. We have a deep respect for craftsmanship, and our wine selection explores the delicate skill & ancestral wisdom that can elevate pure grape juice into something magical.

All this being said, we try not to take ourselves too seriously: ours is a cosy spot with delicious & creative food, good vibes, great music, lots of fun, skillfully made wine and a genuine sense of humour.
