Cancellations or Changes Policy

All advance reservations require a valid credit card to secure the booking. You can cancel your table free of charge online, by clicking on the link in the confirmation email 48 Hrs & more before. Same-day cancellations and reductions in the number of guests after 48 Hrs will be charged at the full menu price per person.
Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

Please be aware that we cannot accommodate a vegan diet. Since the menu evolves daily to present each ingredient in its optimum state, we need to be informed of any allergies, food sensitivities or dislikes ahead of your visit to have the time to adapt the menu for you.We cannot guarantee a menu that would fit your specific dietary needs if it is not told to us with 24 hours notice. If you have any questions, you can always call us or drop us an email.
Seating Times

Please do your best to be on time for your table. We want to treat every ingredient in a way that brings out its full potential. To do this, we serve our guests in waves, cooking for the same arrival time together. If you are later than 15 minutes, we may need to delay your booking until the next round, to ensure your food experience is as good as it can be.
Young & Canine Guests

Unfortunately the restaurant is a very confined space & as such we are unable to accommodate guests under 7 years of age. As much as we love our pets, we cannot welcome animals in the restaurant due to our open kitchen and the local health authority regulations. If you come with your pet, we retain the right to refuse entry and a cancellation penalty will be imposed.
